Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom. All orders are carefully prepared, packaged, and dispatched from our studio in London.

Processing Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive an automated dispatch notification with your tracking details (where applicable) as soon as your parcel is on its way.

UK Delivery Rates & Estimates

We partner with Royal Mail to ensure your fragrance arrives safely and reliably:

  • First Encounter (2ml Discovery Sample): Free UK Delivery via Royal Mail Large Letter (estimated delivery within 3–5 business days from dispatch).

  • Full-Size Fragrances (50ml Eau de Parfum): £3.80 via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (standard delivery within 2–3 business days from dispatch).

  • Complimentary UK Delivery: Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping automatically applied to all orders over £70.00.

Combined Orders

If your order contains both a 2ml Discovery Sample and a 50ml bottle, your items will be shipped together via Royal Mail Tracked 48 at our standard £3.80 rate (or free if your total order exceeds £70.00).

Order Tracking

For orders shipped with tracked services, you can follow your parcel’s journey using the reference number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Issues & Damaged Parcels

All fragrances and samples are securely packaged in protective postal boxes to maintain their condition. If your parcel arrives damaged, defective, or fails to arrive within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us promptly at hello@sensae.co with your order number so we can assist you.
